Fat Freezing; ‘Sugar Belly’ be GONE?

Being officially ‘middle aged’ I had succumbed to the fact that my stomach was reflecting this with a ‘middle spread’ that was now emphasising my still skinny legs even more. Despite predominately ‘eating clean’, combined with some albeit ‘gentle exercise’ the excess fat on my lower abdomen was really getting me down. I started to research why it was there and how I could ‘shift it’! Like many women out there, I LOVE a glass of wine or ‘two’. The downside? Wine is laden with sugar which, you guessed it, turns…

Have yourself a ‘Very’ Merry Christmas with THE perfect dress

The festive season may be the time of year when people start to enjoy the thought of long nights, hibernation and eating cake and pizza whilst cuddling up to watch tv specials. Looking for a more permanent solution, I researched the increasingly popular technique of micro blading. Microblading is a form semi-permanent make up tattoo artistry whereby pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual, handheld tool instead of a machine. This gives a more detailed…

My two work colleagues and I had a busy morning of meetings in the city centre,  and although pushed for time, we thought it would be a good idea to grab some food and ‘recap’ over our last meeting while…
